General conditions of the service

No bad surprises with us:

• The prices at the time of shipments will be the same as during crowdfunding (exchange rate + shipping costs + VAT included).

But there are general conditions to respect in order to guarantee the sustainability of the service:

• Select the Level of your contribution according to the amount excluding VAT in € that you will contribute to the crowdfunding (including shipping costs).
• You will change the Level of your contribution according to your final contribution, selecting as accurately as possible from the beginning will simplify your procedures.
• We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the minimum order set by the publisher is not reached.
• We reserve the right to blacklist certain publishers and cancel the reservation.
• Each reservation will therefore be subject to confirmation or cancellation.
• We will validate the files as quickly as possible in order to give you time to contribute directly to the crowdfunding in the event of cancellation.
• Additional shipping costs may apply at the time of delivery depending on the choice of the carrier.
• We accept refund requests within an extended period of 30 days after the end of the crowdfunding.
• Pay for the game only at the time of delivery.
• The loyalty program applies to reserved games.

Please note that you can modify as long as the crowdfunding holder allows it, simply contact us for this. If you exceed the price range you initially chose, the supplement will be requested. In the event of non-payment of the supplement, the reservation will be canceled. If this occurs during the 30-day period after the end of the crowdfunding, you can obtain a refund for the service. Beyond this period, the reservation will be canceled but you will not be able to get a refund.
